here's whats on the teeny needles today::
thanks to 2012 being the most horrible movie on earth, i got about 15 of these made last night. we recently joined netflix and the first few movies have been big b's picks. quick run down of the other two:
the hurt locker - very good if you can stand war movies, which i normally can't, i got a lot of knitting done that night as well. i can see why it won the awards but i just don't like war movies (which is why i was happily surprised by inglourious basterds.....i almost skipped it all together).
district 9 - surprisingly good. it was definitely a decent story line and kind of left me hoping for a sequel! but again, lots of blood and guts....no exaggeration there. you know what i mean if you've seen it. but because its sci fi it seems a little easier to take than war gore.
so, (on a lighter note) here's a hint as to what these little knits will wind up being::
i hope to have this wrapped up by friday so i can really get going on that doll for bella. in the mean time i think i need to log on to netflix and move some of my picks a little higher in the queue.
