last night it dipped below the teens. or at least it felt that way. for the sake of argument, lets assume it did, and therefore, even though we have yet to officially hit winter solstice, i'm going to go ahead and say its time for my favorite winter night cap::
very basically; a nice strong cup of hot chocolate, some white chocolate liqueur, and whipped cream for good measure. i won't divulge how many of my little mini cupfuls i add. lets just say, its strong enough to add a nice warming glow to christmas tree gazing, but weak enough to insure that i don't wake up face down in scattered pine needles while people are looking for breakfast. this really is a special treat. put a small bottle on your holiday shopping list, you won't regret it!
