bella had her two favorite buddies over for a tea party the other day and we decided to really make it fancy! little lu assisted me in the flower picking, and by 'assisted' i mean 'watched, while dipping her hands into the birdbath'::
note to self: maybe it would be better not to use chive flowers for cake decorating. even though i was careful not to really push them in and barely pressed them on, i still got a bite of frosting that was a tad savory::
we've been meaning to do this for so long and i'm so happy it finally happened. bella was on top of the world. and it was so very nice to have some time to talk shop with two of my favorite mom's!
