nesting buckets on the table, in the works::
pandora on the counter top. i would have to say, one of the biggest obstacles of motherhood, for me, is the lack of *new music exposure. there aren't many nights out to hear live music. more like none. also unlikely? cruising around in a friends car listening to a different music collection. i'm hopeful some of these events might resurface when the kids get older. until then, when i'm feeling tired of my own ipod line up, i turn on pandora, set the station to an artist i like and drop a notepad next to the docking station. when i hear something i like, i get up and record it. yesterday i stopped crafting on three different occasions only to find the same artist playing: zero 7. i especially enjoyed sewing to "in the waiting line" (click here for a live version).
*by "new" music, i of course mean, "new to me", as zero 7 has been around for a while and you've probably all heard of them. their debut album was released in 2001, while i was pregnant with kai (our oldest). my point exactly!!
