maybe it doesn't sound that exciting but trust me, i made one of these for myself last year at this time (while awaiting the arrival of little lu) and it saved my life. i will never again doubt the effectiveness of aromatherapy! so easy to use::
thats just about the gist of it right there! although, when things got really serious, mine also doubled as an oxygen mask!! this may seem small but it will fill the whole room with the smell of lavender. squeezing releases the essential oil from the flower buds.
