recipe from the first book::
this was, by far, the moistest banana bread i've ever eaten. the loaf was gone before it had a chance to completely cool! it was unanimously decided that this should replace my normal banana bread recipe, which, by comparison, is like chewing on cardboard.
i'm making a new loaf with coconut oil tomorrow. if i can make it work without the canola oil it calls for, i will happily burn the old recipe. no offense mom!
** update:: coconut oil works beautifully and makes this bread even more moist and delicious! yay!!
