you just throw it all together the night before, stir and cover. the next morning there is barely any work to be done before the house is smelling like fresh baked bread and you're eating it slice after slice slathered with raw honey. we have been experimenting with the flour and typically use half bread flour and half whole wheat. sometimes we use a little white wheat as well. you can find the recipe here. you really should try it. it is amazing and easy and satisfying. besides, there's just something about baking it up in a dutch oven. not to mention the no kneading. i'm sold on every level!
