yay for chickens! something i've been waiting for and dreaming of. the time has finally come. it's really happening! and the kids are in love. a couple speckled sussex::

more are on the way after the weekend. so very exciting. in the end we'll have a nice mix of breeds. and hopefully a stylish chicken coop. happy saturday and sunday!
