crunchy, crunchy good::
i have a ton of bookmarked recipes for refrigerator pickles. i started with this recipe because i had all ingredients on hand, minus the coriander seeds. they are super simple to make. i cut the recipe in half and it made enough for two pint containers of pickles. the hardest part was letting them hang out in the fridge for a couple of days before testing. but they were worth the wait and everyone loved them, coriander or no coriander. this recipe requires a little bit of boiling time but there are some i've bookmarked that don't. meaning; i will be making different versions until the pickling cucumbers are out of stock. the crunch is addictive! i know what i'll be doing with all of the overflow from the garden next season.
