exciting quilt update! you do remember the quilt, right? this is long overdue. was my last quilt post really in april? that hurts. however, the top was pieced together and finished sometime during the summer. it just took me a while to figure out the back (thank you willie). i got the measurements rightish enough and then sewed it together. so that's that. i ironed and folded the front and back, grabbed my two yards of batting and dropped it all off to be quilted::
it should be back to me in about a week. then i'll start in on the binding. if the stars align, i will have it finished to put under the tree. if they don't, i hope we will be snuggling under it by new years. realistically i'll settle for any time before 2016.
